Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Returns (for eligible items)
If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned within 15 days in its original condition:

Unused and unwashed

In original packaging with all tags attached
Please note:

Final Sale items, intimates, bodysuits, beauty products, accessories, and custom items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
